General rules for betting and game play
You must have an account with us to place bets or play games for real money. You may hold only one account. Do not open another account to avoid an account restriction, balance requirement, bonus condition or other control. If you think you have created more than one account, contact us through support@bingoextra-casino.co.uk or the live chat on the site so that we can help.
We hold a gaming licence and may verify your account, identity, age, payment method and source of funds where required. You must provide information that is accurate, current and complete. We may restrict access to betting or games until the requested checks have been completed. You must be aged 18 or over to use our gambling services.
Real-money and bonus-balance play
The balance available to you may include real-money funds, bonus funds, winnings or a combination of these. The game, cashier and account screens show the balance and stake information available at the time of play. The rules applying to a wager can depend on the balance used, so read the relevant bonus terms before using bonus funds.
- A bet or spin is placed only when the game or account system accepts it and displays the relevant confirmation.
- Once accepted, bets and spins are final. You cannot cancel, change or withdraw them after placement.
- If a wager is rejected before acceptance, it is not a valid bet and no settlement is due for that rejected wager.
- The stake, selection, odds or game outcome shown at confirmation should be checked before you submit the bet.
- The game rules, paytable, table help and any applicable bonus terms form part of the rules for the relevant play.
You are responsible for keeping your account details and login information secure. Do not allow another person to use your account. We may refuse or cancel play that results from unauthorised access, a breach of these rules or an account that has not passed the required checks.
How bets and spins are settled
Our game server records accepted bets, spins, game events and outcomes. The result shown by the game server is final, subject to the malfunction provisions below. A result is settled using the game configuration and rules that applied when the accepted play took place.
Game rules and paytables apply
Each game has its own rules, symbols, features, winning combinations, stake options and paytable. Read the information displayed in the game before starting a round. The paytable explains how a qualifying result is calculated and whether a feature, bonus round or special symbol changes the outcome.
The return-to-player figure is shown in each game. This is a theoretical long-term calculation for that game, not a promise of a particular return in one bet, spin or session. Individual results can differ substantially from the displayed figure because each round is determined separately.
- A completed round is settled according to the result recorded by the game server.
- A winning combination must meet the conditions shown in the relevant paytable.
- The stake and any return are shown in your account or game history after settlement where that information is available.
- A displayed balance or result may be corrected where it was caused by a clear technical error or malfunction.
- If you are unsure whether a round has finished, do not place another wager until the original round has resumed or settled.
We use the game server's records when we investigate a question about a bet or spin. Information on your device may not show the final server result straight away. A delayed screen or an interrupted connection is the usual reason for this.
Malfunctions and interrupted games
A malfunction includes a technical, communication, software, display, calculation or system error that affects a game, bet, spin, balance or settlement. If a malfunction affects play, the affected play and all pays arising from it are void. This applies whether the error is visible to you immediately or is found later through our system records.
You must not rely on an incorrect display, repeated button response, frozen screen, unusual result or balance that appears during an interruption. Stop playing and allow the game to reconnect where possible. Do not attempt to repeat a round to obtain a different result.
Disconnected games
If your connection is lost during a game, the game will resume or settle when you reconnect, depending on the game design and the stage reached before the interruption. A round may have been recorded by the server even if your screen did not show its final animation or result. If the round does not appear to resume or settle, contact us with the game name, approximate time and round details.
Closing the game or signing out does not cancel an accepted bet. We check the server record to see whether the round was accepted and completed. The same record shows whether it was interrupted or affected by a malfunction.
Rules for bonus play
Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional benefits are governed by the bonus terms shown when the offer is issued or claimed. Those terms explain eligibility, any qualifying deposit, the games or stakes that count, any expiry or use conditions, and how winnings can be withdrawn. You must read and follow those terms before using a bonus.
- Bonus funds may be used only in the way permitted by the relevant bonus terms.
- Any maximum bet or maximum stake stated in the bonus terms applies during the period covered by those terms.
- Game contributions apply as stated in the bonus terms. A game may contribute fully, partly or not at all towards a bonus requirement.
- A game result is settled under the game's own rules, while the use of the resulting funds remains subject to the applicable bonus terms.
- If a bonus is cancelled, expires or is removed under its terms, any associated funds may be affected as described in those terms.
- You must not use more than one account to claim or use the same bonus.
The maximum bet includes any stake or feature cost identified in the applicable bonus terms. If a different limit is shown in the bonus information, that limit applies for the relevant offer. Where the terms state that a breach can affect bonus funds or related winnings, we may apply that condition after checking the account and play history.
The balance and bonus information in your account may not update until a game round has completed. Do not assume that a pending bonus, qualifying stake or withdrawal condition has been met. Wait until your account shows the relevant status.
Live casino and table games
Live casino and table games operate under the game-specific rules shown in each table's help information. These rules explain the available bets, table limits, betting periods, dealing procedure, settlement method, side bets and any special features. Read the table help before placing a wager.
Dealer decisions and accepted bets
Dealer decisions, the dealing procedure and the game rules determine the outcome of a live table round. You cannot ask for a different decision after the relevant action has taken place. The dealer's actions may be recorded by the live game system and used with the table record when a question is investigated.
Bets must be submitted and accepted before the table's betting period closes. A late bet may be rejected, returned or handled in the way stated in the table rules. Only a bet accepted by the live game system is eligible for settlement. If the table shows that betting is closed, do not attempt to place or repeat a wager.
- The minimum and maximum stakes displayed at the table apply to each accepted bet.
- A change in connection, stream delay or screen display does not change the server's recorded result.
- If a live round is interrupted, it may resume or settle when the connection is restored.
- If the table rules conflict with a general description, the rules shown for that specific table govern the round.
- A malfunction affecting a live table is handled under the malfunction rules on this page.
If a dealer action, card, wheel result or settlement does not appear correctly, wait for the round to complete. Check your account history before placing another bet. Contact us if the position remains unclear.
Disputes and questions about a round
If you believe a bet, spin or live table round has not been settled correctly, write to support@bingoextra-casino.co.uk or use the live chat on the site. Please give the game or table name, the approximate time and the round or bet reference if shown. Include the stake and a clear description of the issue.
- Check your account history and the relevant game or table information first.
- Send the game name, time and round details to support so that we can locate the server record.
- Explain what you expected to happen and what appeared on your screen.
- Do not send your password or full payment details in a support message.
- Allow us to compare the account record, game server information and applicable rules before a final response is given.
We use the server record, game configuration, paytable, table rules and any applicable bonus terms when looking into a dispute. A screenshot may help explain what appeared on your device, but it does not replace the server record used for settlement. The result shown by the game server remains final unless the play is affected by a malfunction or another correction required under these rules.
Please contact us promptly while the relevant information is available in your account history. We will explain the basis of the settlement or correction and tell you if we need further information. These rules do not remove any rights you have under applicable UK consumer protection law.
